Purpose: To develop LA Wellness Association memberships

3. Worksite Wellness Committee
Purpose: To increase wellness and resources for wellness in the workplace.

4. African American Wellness Special Interest Group
Purpose: To help Association members better meet the wellness needs of the African American marketplace and build memberships

5. Children & Family Wellness Special Interest Group
Purpose: To help Association meet the wellness-oriented needs of children and families.

6. Medical Wellness Special Interest Group
Purpose: To build a bridge between the wellness community and the medical community.

7. Mental & Behavioral Wellness Special Interest Group
Purpose : To help Association better meet the needs of the mental health community and to build membership from this sector

8. Complimentary & Integrative Wellness Committee
Purpose: To support holistic wellness professionals to have a greater impact in the community and to educate the community on the value and cost effectiveness of holistic health.

9. Food & Nutrition Committee
Purpose: To help Association members better meet the wellness-oriented needs in the area of food and nutrition.
